Are your UGG products authentic?
Yes, all our products are made with 100% genuine Australian sheepskin from trusted local suppliers.

 

How long does shipping take?

Our dispatch team makes every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely, and in the most cost-effective way possible. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24-48 business hours, however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area & country, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. 

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, and we do not guarantee delivery dates. Delivery times are approx 2-15 business days from the shipment date. 

 

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
