Shipping
Our dispatch team makes every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely, and in the most cost-effective way possible.

- All orders are dispatched within 24-48 business hours (please allow extra time during busy periods)
- Estimated delivery: 2-15 business days from the shipment date
- Tracking number provided via email once shipped

Your order may be delivered by Australia Post or a local courier. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a notice card may be left advising how and where your package can be collected.

Please note these are estimated delivery times only, and we do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

 

Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days.

Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

How to Return:
1. Email us at auroomsydney@gmail.com with your order number
2. We'll provide a return shipping address
3. Ship the item back (return shipping is the customer's responsibility)
4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

Exchanges:
For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired size or style.
